Welcome! Every kit here is hand-packed by one witch (that’s me!) with care and intention. Because this is a small, heart-led business, I want to be as transparent as possible about how orders and policies work.

Shipping Policy

Each order is packed with love and care. Processing time is 1–3 business days. All packages are shipped via USPS, and typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, delivery speed and delays are out of my control — thank you for your patience and understanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please message me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll happily send a replacement or partial refund.
If a package goes missing in transit, reach out — I’ll help file a claim and, when possible, send a replacement.

Cancellations

Because I often begin packing quickly, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, I may not be able to accommodate cancellations.

  • Always keep items out of reach of pets and children.

  • Candles must be burned on a fire-safe surface, never left unattended, and always used with care.
